In every plan
AI copilot for construction contractors in Québec
A solid first draft that you correct because you know your job site better than it does — connected to your price book, Québec taxes and local codes.
The copilot is in every plan; the monthly quota (estimates and conversations) varies by plan. A mode that reads a restricted module — the timesheets of Payroll and HR — follows that module’s plan.

What the module does
- Estimate structure: describe the job (type, area, specifications); the AI proposes the sections, items and quantities. Items recognized in your price book carry your cost and their category margin; the others are marked “indicative price”.
- Pasted specification: the AI extracts the sections and items, without prices by default; the cost in credits is shown before you start.
- Estimating copilot: on an estimate you build yourself, it flags the items often forgotten for this type of work.
- Supplier invoice reading: photograph the counter receipt or drop in the PDF invoice; the AI transcribes the supplier, the lines, the GST and the QST. You check, the office validates.
- Profitability analysis: your active projects ranked by overrun risk, with the concrete recommendation to apply — on your real data.
- Timesheets to review: the punches and hours that deserve a second look, before payroll goes out.
- Job-site assistant: NBC and NFC codes, CNESST procedures, safety codes — explained in plain language.
- Lead scoring: a conversion score from 0 to 100 per deal, and the next step to take.
- Written daily report: your raw job-site notes become a professional text ready to send to the client.
What it doesn't do
Prices proposed for items missing from your price book are indicative: you validate every line, and a full price book makes it better.
The free chat has no access to your database — on purpose. Analyses of your numbers go through dedicated tabs.
The assistant explains the codes; it replaces neither an engineer’s or architect’s opinion nor the answer of the agency.
Obvious contact details are masked before sending, but a receipt photo goes as is, on your click: Law 25 remains a shared responsibility.
The copilot is open to the roles that build estimates: Owner, Admin, Project manager and Estimator.

Frequently asked questions
Can I trust the prices the AI proposes?
It depends on the line, and you can see it. Items recognized in your price book carry your cost. Items missing from your book get an indicative price, to validate — they have no price-book code. The fuller your price book, the less the AI improvises.
Which AI, and where does my data go?
Claude, by Anthropic, in the United States. Before sending, BatiCore masks obvious contact details (emails, SINs, phone numbers, addresses); the free chat does not see your database. Exception: a supplier receipt photo goes as is, on your click. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. What BatiCore sends to Anthropic is not used to train its models and is deleted within 30 days, barring a legal obligation — it is written in our Privacy Policy. It is also Anthropic’s rule for its commercial products, including the API access BatiCore uses.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You buy a credit pack: no surprise bill. BatiCore shows a number of estimates and conversations rather than a technical unit; the included quota resets on the 1st of the month, and pack credits stay until used up. During the 14-day trial, AI is capped, whatever plan you choose.
