Frequently asked questions
Does my client have to create an account?
No. They receive a private link by email; the link is the access. They review, tick their options, sign and follow their project with no password to remember. The link can be revoked and a new one sent with each version.
Is the portal in BatiCore's name?
No — in yours. Your name, your logo and your contact details; emails go out "from your company, via BatiCore" with your address as the reply-to. The Enterprise plan adds your own domain for the portal.
