Management software for commercial and institutional construction contractors

An owner who pays in 60 or 90 days, an architect who demands a progress table, and a tax you must not advance on money not collected.

The sore spot

Not breaking a business relationship with an automatic formal notice.

What changes for you

  • Progress claim in the CCA-5B format, computed from the project.
  • Tax on the holdback deferred until its release — you don't advance GST and QST on money not collected.
  • Automatic reminders switched off by default for commercial and public work: you keep control, and the formal notice remains an action you take.
  • Project stakeholders — owner, architect, engineer, consulting firm — on the record and on the documents.
  • Public contracts: the prompt-payment regime explained on the blog, and the dates of your claims kept as evidence.
  • Branches and breakdown by division for companies with several establishments (Enterprise plan).

Frequently asked questions

Is the CCA-5B table computed automatically?

Yes, from the project: contract amount, approved change orders, work completed to date, holdback, previously billed and amount due — printed on the progress invoice. You don't maintain a parallel spreadsheet that always ends up diverging from the invoice.

Does BatiCore chase my project owner?

Not without you. Automatic reminders are switched off by default on commercial and public clients; each client can be marked "manual reminders only". A 60-day business relationship isn't managed by a robot.
