How long does it take to get a renovation estimate out?
The time it takes to describe the project and validate the proposed lines. With a full price book — your materials, your rates, your "complete bathroom" assemblies — the structure arrives ready and only the quantities need adjusting. Can the client choose their options after receiving the estimate?
Yes: on the portal, they tick the optional lines and choose their tier, the total recalculates in front of them, they can ask a question on a specific line, then they sign. You receive the version they chose, without redoing the document.
