Seats
A field seat is a worker who clocks in, fills in reports and files incidents from their phone. Every other role — office, estimating, site supervisor, finance — is an office seat. Your clients, your subcontractors and your accountant never count.

AI credits
When your monthly quota is reached, the copilot offers a one-time pack that never expires. Nothing triggers automatically.
A big estimate uses a little more than a small one. You don't have to count in credits: BatiCore shows you a number of estimates and conversations, not a technical unit. The included quota resets on the 1st of the month; the credits of a purchased pack stay until used up, and are only consumed after the month's quota.
Trial
The trial opens Express, Starter or Business — the one you pick at sign-up — with all of its features. No cut-down version, no inflated one.
No amount is charged. You decide to activate the subscription whenever you want, from Settings → Plan and billing.
Without a subscription, the account becomes read-only. Your estimates, clients and invoices stay viewable and exportable, with no time limit.
The one you choose at sign-up — Express, Starter or Business — with all of its features, for 14 days, with no credit card. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only: nothing is erased, your data stays viewable and exportable, and you activate the subscription whenever you decide. The Enterprise plan is sold on quote and has no self-serve trial.

No. Your client reviews the estimate, signs it, follows the project and the invoices from a portal that requires no account — with no limit on clients. Your subcontractors have no account either: their compliance, invoices and releases are tracked from your project. Your accountant receives exports, or a Finance role if you invite them. Only the people who work INSIDE BatiCore count.
Monthly is commitment-free: you cancel at any time from Settings → Plan and billing, and you keep access until the end of the paid month. You change plans in the same place, whenever you want. Yearly bills ten months for twelve (two months free); it is not refunded pro rata if you leave mid-year.
Seven days "satisfied or refunded" on your first payment: write to support@baticore.ca within the following seven days and we refund 100%, no questions asked. After that, the started month is not refunded — but your data stays exportable with no time limit.
BatiCore prepares; it does not replace your accounting. In every plan, Express included, it exports your invoices, payments and journals as CSV and in Acomba format, with FP-500 and GST34 reports ready for remittances; you import your clients from a CSV (including the Acomba export). QuickBooks Online sync is on the roadmap — you can vote for it in Settings → Integrations, and that vote decides the order.
One branch is included in every plan — name your establishment and see its reports. Several branches, API access, the client portal on your own domain (white label) and a negotiated user volume belong to the Enterprise plan, on quote. Write to us: we look at your structure before pricing.
BatiCore is designed in French, for Québec. This website exists in English; the working interface is in French, and English — first for the documents you send to your clients, then for the interface — is on the roadmap. If it is an immediate need for you, tell us: it weighs in the order of the work.
Yes. The launch program includes onboarding help: import of your clients, Québec settings already in place (GST/QST, CCQ rates, holdback) and your first estimate with us. The per-module guide and the help centre are in the app. Support answers by email at support@baticore.ca within one business day; the Enterprise plan adds the phone.
